As a ToolkitCMA subscriber, you get new and improved features regularly. Most recently, we’ve added all new Buyer Representative Presentations as well as ‘Just Sold’ flyer templates!
New Presentations for Buyer Representatives
Be ready as a buyer agent with our all-new Buyer Representative Presentation and Buyer Representative Presentation with CMA. These new Buyer Presentations allow you, as a buyer representative, to put together an informative and attractive presentation. Included in these new presentations are pages that explain what a buyer representative is and how it is now necessary to represent a buyer in any real estate transaction.
‘Just Sold’ Flyers
Market yourself with our new, full-color “Just Sold” flyers. Import the property data from the MLS and the Sold Data automatically populates. Remarks and bullet points are editable - so you can write whatever you like to market yourself and get more listings.

Editable Cover Page Titles |

Not happy with the standard Real Estate Proposal cover page titles? Now you can enter your own custom title to display on the cover pages of your presentations. |

Your photos on cover pages
Add your own photos to ToolkitCMA cover page. Photos can be added and changed right in your ToolkitCMA account by clicking on your agent menu and selecting Cover Page Photos.
New flyer templates
New flyer templates, including landscape flyers, multi-page flyers and flyers with links to videos including custom virtual tours have been added. Filters have been added to the flyer module to let you search for specific flyer templates. Once you find the flyers you love, save them as your favorites. Your flyers can be texted, posted on social media, and emailed.

Text flyers to contact groups
You can now text flyers as an embedded image to all your contacts at once. The contact group can be added under your agent menu and then once your flyer is created you will pick the cell phone icon to select the correct contact group. In an instant, the whole group will see your flyer and read about your listing!

Send a Zoom invitation
Easily send your clients a Zoom meeting invitation to go over the presentation you have created. Once you have completed your presentation, on the summary screen is an option for Zoom. You will be able to enter your zoom invitation and send that along with a copy of the presentation.

Sort comparables for easy selection
This new feature allows you to easily sort the comparable properties on the select properties screen. Simply click the column header of the field you wish to sort by, and the properties are arranged in ascending order on that field. Click the column header once more to sort in descending order.
Easily change document order
Easily change the order of documents in your ToolkitCMA presentations. When you start a presentation and get to the select document screen you can select the option at the top for Add/Reorder pages. You can then drag and drop the pages to the order that you would like them to appear. This will change the documents for the presentation you are doing. If you would like to change the document order for all future presentations you can click on your agent menu at the top right, select change document order and then move them in the correct order. When you click save on this screen it will save this order for all your presentations moving forward.
